چکیده
In the context of current climate change and increasing population scenarios, waterlogging stress in plants represents a global threat to sustainable agriculture production. Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria biochar have been widely reported mitigate effects several abiotic stresses. Hence, present study, we examined effect rhizobacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides KE149 on soybean subjected sufficient water supply conditions. Our results revealed that inoculation significantly improved plant morphological attributes, such as root length, shoot fresh biomass. The biochemical analysis showed two treatments determined significant drop levels endogenous phytohormones (such abscisic acid) under normal conditions, which were considerably enhanced stress. However, jasmonic acid content increased with application it decreased Moreover, proline, methionine, aspartic increased, whereas phenolic flavonoid contents reduced These suggest can be safe biological tool improve physiology productivity exposed

Comparative analysis of endogenous hormones level in two soybean (Glycine max L.) lines differing in waterlogging tolerance
Waterlogged condition due to flooding is one of the major abiotic stresses that drastically affect the soybean growth and yield around the world. As a result, many breeders have focused on the development of waterlogging tolerance in soybean varieties, and thus, several tolerant varieties were developed. However, the physiological mechanism of waterlogging tolerance is not yet fully understood....
متن کاملInfluence of Chromium Stress on Proline Accumulation in Soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.) Genotypes
Four genotypes of soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.) were taken for investigation to know their response towards chromium stress. On the basis of seedling growth vigour index and dry weight, the genotypes JS 355 and P 1 were found tolerant to chromium stress when compared to the other genotypes. The tolerant genotypes had shown higher proline contents in their shoots.

since the 1960s the age effects on learning both first and second language have been explored by many linguists and applied linguists (e.g lennerberg, 1967; schachter, 1996; long, 1990) and the existence of critical period for language acquisition was found to be a common ground of all these studies. in spite of some common findings, some issues about the impacts of age on acquiring a second or...

the importance of writing as a complex skill in applied linguistics has drawn the attention of many researchers to evaluate textbooks in order to help learners gain self-sufficiency and autonomy in the field of language use and communication. investigations have shown that developments in textbooks evaluation can promote the quality of pedagogies and consequently the learning. this study attemp...
Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) cultivar tolerance to sulfentrazone
Sulfentrazone has excellent soil activity on many small-seeded broadleaf weeds, however, soybean injury in "eld experiments has been noted under certain environmental conditions. Injury levels in these "eld experiments have appeared to di!er in severity among soybean cultivars. Growth chamber studies were initiated with the objective of examining the suspected di!erences in tolerance among soyb...
